By accessing or using ShortPress ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShortPress provides an open-source platform for creating and managing video communities. The Service includes both self-hosted options and cloud-hosted solutions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ShortPress cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Content

You retain full ownership of content you upload to ShortPress. By uploading content, you grant ShortPress a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Payment Terms

For cloud-hosted services, payment is required in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShortPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
